2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.
  • We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.
  • Free shipping is available on orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 ship at a flat rate of $7.99.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at returns@solidrockcreations.net before sending any items back.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • We will always make it right — if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and we will resolve it promptly.

Our jewelry is handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, size, and finish are normal and expected. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
