Solid Rock Creations was born from a simple conviction: faith deserves to be worn, shared, and remembered. Every bracelet and earring we craft is more than jewelry — it's a conversation starter, a teaching tool, and a personal declaration of what you believe.

Our pieces are made exclusively for the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter, handcrafted with care using genuine gemstones, stainless steel, and quality glass beads selected for their beauty and biblical symbolism.

We want to get your Solid Rock Creations order to you quickly and safely. All orders ship via USPS.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders of $30.00 and over. Orders under $30.00 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

Processing Time

Regular orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Custom orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, delivery times will vary based on USPS transit times and your location. Shipping timelines shown at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress in transit.

Shipping Address

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging if applicable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us within the 30-day return window by email at [email protected] or through our website contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return can be safely delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
