We want you to love your Solid Rock Creations piece. If something isn’t right, we will always make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
- Items must be in their original packaging where possible
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back:
- Email us at returns@solidrockcreations.net with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — we recommend keeping your tracking number
We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, stone, or style where available. Contact us at hello@solidrockcreations.net to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
