Processing Time
All items are custom made after order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order through your account at solidrockcreations.net.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@solidrockcreations.net as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@solidrockcreations.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
